I hope you have been enjoying the "Tips from the Pro" series of newsletters containing our helpful hints. If you or someone on your staff is not getting our newsletter go sign up on our website, it's free and informative. We interrupt the regularly scheduled newsletter for the following important announcement.
I am pleased to announce that the founders of Club Prophet Systems have finally launched our new "spin-off" company. The new company is called POS Prophet Systems and offers similar technology solutions to retailers outside the golf industry.
POS Prophet Systems is an entirely separate corporation so that Club Prophet Systems can continue its focus on serving the golf industry exclusively. So, don't panic by thinking we have moved on or moved out! We are committed to serving you and the golf industry for the long haul.
Club Prophet Systems VP, Sean Connors, has accepted the position of President of POS Prophet Systems and will handle all day-to-day operations of the company. I am sure many of you have worked with Sean in the past. So, please join me in wishing him all the best in his new position. Sean will continue to play a small role with CPS as an advisor, so there is no reason to send him any farewell wishes. However, he would appreciate it if you could send him some referrals! Tom and I will be on the board of directors and hold executive positions in both companies.
POS Prophet Systems caters to specialty retailers, specialty service providers, and quick-service facilities. So, if you know of any small business owners looking for software for point-of-sale, e-commerce, customer tracking, inventory control, email marketing, etc., please refer them to Sean Connors (sean@posprophetsystems.com) or to our website at www.posprophetsystems.com.
The new company and the promotion of Sean Connors are just two of several big announcements we are going to make prior to the PGA show in January. Stay tuned; there is more to come.
As always, let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
Rick and Tom Robshaw
Enjoy :)
